So, how can you navigate your property from https://emallproperty.com/, with its clusters of property listings?
On the homepage is a search bar to ease your journey into the hunting stage. Firstly, property status: is it a property for rent, sale, or both?
Secondly, the type of property, such as apartments, luxury, terraces, bungalows, commercial or residential, furnished or unfurnished, plots for sale, etc.
Thirdly, you state the location you are interested in. Where do you want to live? Maybe it’s Nyarutarama, Gacuriro, Kibagabaga, Kiyovu, etc. Then we have a drop bar titled.
Another exciting feature on the search bar is the inside bar that indicates the high price and low price.
On the result page, you have a listing directory that can be arranged by most recent, lowest price, highest price, or by default.
We advise you to search using the “Date old to new” to filter for the latest properties.
