1. Visit Fee (Both Real estate and cars)

• Lessee / Tenant: Free
• Buyer: Free
• Owner: Free

2. Real estate: Commission Fees (18% VAT exclusive)

• Buyer Commission:

• • 3% for purchases under 100M Rwf
  • 2% for purchases of 100M Rwf and above

• Seller Commission:
  • 5% for sales under 100M Rwf
  • 3% for sales of 100M Rwf and above

. Landlord Commission:

• • Less than 6-month rental term: 15% of total rent received
  • 6-month rental term, advance paid is under 6 months: ½ of one month’s rent
  • 6-month rental term, advance paid is from 6 months: 1 month’s rent

. Tenant Commission:

• • Less than 6-month rental term: 10% of total rent paid
  • 6-month rental term: ½ of one month’s rent

3.Cars: Commission Fee (18% VAT Exclusive)

1. Car Buyer:

• For cars under 10M RWF:
  • Commission: 200,000 RWF
• For cars from 10M RWF and above:
  • Commission: 2% of the car buying price

2. Car Seller

• For cars under 10M RWF:
  • Commission: 300,000 RWF
• For cars from 10M RWF and above:
  • Commission: 3% of the car price

3. Car Lease/Tenant

• For rental terms less than 6 months:
  • Commission: 10% of the rental fee
• For rental terms of 6 months or more:
  • Commission: Half of the monthly rental fee

4. Car Lessor (Owner)

• For rental terms less than 6 months:
  • Commission: 15% of the rental fee
• For rental terms of 6 months or more, and rent advance paid is less than 6 months:
  • Commission: Half of the monthly rental fee
• For rental terms of 6 months or more, and rent advance paid is from 6 months or more:
  • Commission: One full month of the rental fee

• 4. Commitment Fee

  (Refundable if Real Estate Property or Car is Not Found within Agreed Search Duration, Applicable to Those Who Couldn’t Find What They Are Looking for in All Our Listings):

  • For Tenants / Lessee: 100,000 Rwf
  • For Buyers: 200,000 Rwf
