1. Visit Fee (Both Real estate and cars)

• Lessee / Tenant: Free
• Buyer: Free
• Owner: Free

2. Real estate: Commission Fees (18% VAT exclusive)

• Buyer Commission:

• • 3% for purchases under 100M Rwf
  • 2% for purchases of 100M Rwf and above

• Seller Commission:
  • 5% for sales under 100M Rwf
  • 3% for sales of 100M Rwf and above

. Landlord Commission:

• • Less than 6-month rental term: 15% of total rent received
  • 6-month rental term, advance paid is under 6 months: ½ of one month’s rent
  • 6-month rental term, advance paid is from 6 months: 1 month’s rent

. Tenant Commission:

• • Less than 6-month rental term: 10% of total rent paid
  • 6-month rental term: ½ of one month’s rent

4. Commitment Fee

(Refundable if Real Estate Property or Car is Not Found within Agreed Search Duration.
